Competition Rules

Woosh 5-Year Anniversary Campaign

Article 1 – Organizer
The competition is organized by Woosh BV, with registered office at Wiedauwkaai 23b, Ghent, Belgium, company number BE0761887983, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.

Article 2 – Promotion Period
The competition runs from 25 January 2026 at 00:00 until 1 March 2026 at 23:59.

Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in Belgium.

Employees of the Organizer and members of their families are excluded from participation.

Participation is only possible through a purchase made via the Woosh webshop during the promotion period.

Each individual purchase counts as one entry in the competition.

Article 4 – Competition Procedure & Winner Selection
A total of 5 family tickets will be awarded, being 1 ticket per week over a period of 5 weeks.

The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries of the relevant week.

Winners are required to contact the Organizer personally via the email address used for the purchase by sending an email to hello@woosh.care.

If a winner does not respond within 10 calendar days, the Organizer reserves the right to designate a new winner.

Article 5 – Prize
The prize consists of 1 family ticket for Plopsaland Belgium, valid for 2 adults and 2 children.

The prize is personal, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.

Transport, meals, accommodation and any other additional costs are not included.

Article 6 – Liability
The Organizer cannot be held liable for:

• cancellation or modification of the prize by third parties,
• force majeure,
• technical issues,
• loss or delay of communications.

Article 7 – Personal Data
Participants’ personal data will be used exclusively for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

The data will not be retained longer than necessary and will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required.

Article 8 – Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules or to terminate the competition early if circumstances so require.

Article 9 – Applicable Law
This competition is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
