Shipping Policy
1. Delivery of Goods Only
Orders are delivered via our dedicated logistics partner.
We ship within 1 to 2 working days after receiving payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your package.
Price: Standard shipping is free for orders over €30. For orders under €30, a shipping fee of €4.95 will be charged.
2. Delivery + Diaper Pickup
When a new order is delivered in combination with the pickup of used diapers, the following conditions apply:

Only Woosh diapers purchased through our website are eligible.

Diapers must be packed in a well-sealed plastic bag, placed inside a cardboard box.

The date and time slot for pickup can be selected via our booking form but are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pickup is currently only available in Belgium.
Price: A pickup fee of €10 may apply unless a promotion is in effect.
3. Diaper Pickup Only
Would you like to schedule a diaper pickup without placing a new order? That’s possible:

Only Woosh diapers purchased through our website are eligible.

4. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Return conditions:

Products must be unused and undamaged.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns are possible via our return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How to return:

Carefully pack the items.

Use the return label we provide after contacting us.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase amount minus return shipping costs within 7 working days.
Voluntary Door-to-Door Diaper Take-Back Program
1. Service Description
Woosh offers a voluntary take-back service for used Woosh diapers for private customers. With each delivery of new diapers, the customer receives a leak-proof waste bag. The collected diapers, along with the wipes or paper tissues used during changing, are taken back free of charge for sustainable processing.
2. Method of Offering
The customer must only fill the provided waste bag with used Woosh diapers and the approved wipes or paper tissues, tie the bag securely, and place it in the original shipping box or another sturdy cardboard box. Waste bags must not be left on public roads or sidewalks; the box must be easily accessible on private property at the agreed delivery time. Waste not packaged or presented in accordance with these conditions may be refused.
3. Accepted Materials
Accepted items: used Woosh diapers and wipes or paper tissues used during changing. Liners, diapers from other brands, and other household waste are not permitted.
4. Maximum Quantity
The quantity offered per pickup may not exceed the number of diapers purchased via Woosh since the previous pickup.
5. Processing and Environment
Woosh processes all collected diapers in accordance with Article 3.5.2 of VLAREMA through reuse, recycling, or another form of recovery that is at least equivalent to standard waste treatment.
6. Refusal and Exclusion
Woosh may refuse return bags if they are not tied shut, are torn or leaking, if prohibited materials are present, or if the maximum quantity is exceeded. In the case of repeated misuse, Woosh may temporarily or permanently exclude the customer from the take-back service.
7. Voluntary Nature and Legal Notification
This service is optional for the customer. Woosh has notified OVAM and the competent municipality of this initiative in accordance with Flemish environmental legislation.
