Prefer an extra pick-up in between? That's possible! For €10 we will also come by outside your delivery time. But... we prefer to save CO₂ by cleverly bundling pick-up and delivery. Win-win!
How does 'give-back' work? (step by step)

Order your Woosh diapers and use them with love. - Collect
Put your used Woosh diapers in your diaper pail. - Pack properly
Place everything in the free Woosh bag and then into the Woosh box. The pail liner and wet wipes can also be included. Seal the bag tightly and close the box. - Schedule your pickup
Order your new Woosh diapers and add “diaper pickup. Pickup possible the next working day, or simply select another day in your shopping cart. - We do the rest
We collect your box and recycle the contents in our circular system.

Yes. Please prepare your diaper box in advance (place your used diapers in the Woosh bag and bundle everything into one large cardboard box).
We’ll pick it up during the delivery of your new products – no extra effort, big impact!

You can also choose your preferred date in advance via the link in your confirmation email, in case the “next day” option doesn’t fit your schedule.
A give-back diaper is an innovative diaper that you return to the producer after use for ecological processing. Woosh has developed the first of these types of diapers, which are recycled via a unique recycling process. With this, Woosh offers a sustainable solution to the problem of diaper waste.
Not necessarily. We prefer to bundle deliveries and collections in one trip, even if the box/bag is not yet completely full. This keeps the logistics efficient. Just take the rest next time? No problem.
This is possible, for example if you urgently need to get rid of a full box. Please note that this may entail an additional cost and that it is less good for the CO₂ balance than a combined trip.
