- Only Woosh diapers purchased through the website are eligible.
- Diapers must be packed in a tightly sealed plastic bag.
- Date and time slot for pick-up can be selected via our booking form, but are indicative and may differ due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Collection is currently only possible in Belgium.

A give-back diaper is an innovative diaper that you return to the producer after use for ecological processing. Woosh has developed the first of these types of diapers, which are recycled via a unique recycling process. With this, Woosh offers a sustainable solution to the problem of diaper waste.
Unlike disposable diapers, which are incinerated with residual waste after use, the Woosh give-back diaper is recycled. This allows the materials to be reused instead of ending up as waste.
With your next order, you can also book a pick-up via the webshop to collect your full diapers (free if bundled with a delivery). This way we keep it simple and circular: delivery and pick-up in one trip.
No, you don't. Just put your diaper box or diaper bag in a safe place, we will pick it up during the delivery of your new products. No extra effort, but impact. You can choose in advance (via email) what your desired date and delivery time is, if it is difficult to choose a safe place.
Not necessarily. We prefer to bundle deliveries and collections in one trip, even if the box/bag is not yet completely full. This keeps the logistics efficient. Just take the rest next time? No problem.
This is possible, for example if you urgently need to get rid of a full box. Please note that this may entail an additional cost and that it is less good for the CO₂ balance than a combined trip.
